Frequently Asked Questions

  • You will receive the login details, including the password, via your work email address. The notification will contain login details. For security reasons, you are advised to change your password upon your first login to the AEM Portal.

  • The email might have been redirected to the Spam folder. In the event that you do not receive your account details via email, please contact the System Administrator.

  • At the login prompt, click “Forgot Your Password?”. You will be prompted to enter your email address. The link to reset your password will be sent to your email. After clicking the link, you will receive another email with your temporary password. You can use this temporary password to login.

  • Your account will be locked after 6 unsuccessful login attempts. Once your account is locked, you have to contact the System Administrator to unlock your account. At the login prompt, click “Contact System Administrator” and key in your request to unlock your account. Once the System Administrator unlocks your account, you will be able to login again using your password.

  • Accounts have been made available to polytechnic representatives and school ApLM coordinators for all polytechnics and secondary schools. Please check with the System Administrator if you are unsure who the account holder for your polytechnic or school is.

  • Users without accounts can browse the AEM Portal to view “All ApLM@Poly” that have been published by the five polytechnics, “Available ApLM@Poly Modules” and “About ApLM@Poly”.

  • You can click “About ApLM@Poly” in the homepage to view a list of frequently asked questions about ApLM@Poly.
